Todd P. Forster
Todd P. Forster is a shareholder of the firm and concentrates his practice on commercial litigation and real estate matters. His litigation practice focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in commercial disputes, insurance coverage issues and collection matters. In addition, Todd has pursued numerous successful appellate matters before the Maryland Courts of Appeal.
Todd's real estate practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate settlements, sales contracts, lease drafting and review, and foreclosures. He also represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings before the United States Bankruptcy Courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Todd is a Montgomery County native and a 1992 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Thereafter, he returned to the Washington metropolitan area, where he attended law school at George Washington University's National Law Center. Following his law school graduation in 1995, Todd accepted a position with the firm.
Todd is licensed to practice before the state and Federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
